stoqa

Know what you have in stock in every shop.

Stoqa is a stock-keeping system for shops in Lithuania. Your staff keep track of the goods, and you see what's in stock.

Stoqa is by invitation for now: tell us about your shop and we'll send you a sign-up link.

How to start

Three steps to stock you can trust

  1. Register your company

It takes a few minutes, no payment card needed.

  2. Upload your items

From an Excel file or your old system – you match the columns yourself.

  3. Give your staff their codes

They sign in on a tablet or phone and can count and receive goods right away.

Reordering

See what's running low before you run out

Set a reorder level for each item. When stock drops to it, the item shows up on the list, and you make the order for your supplier in one click and send it the way you prefer – by email, WhatsApp or Viber. When items are running low, you get an email every morning listing them: how many are left, the reorder level and how many are already on order. When nothing is low, we don't send one.

Stock counts

Stock counts without paper

Staff count on a tablet — the whole shop or one shelf. You see the differences at once, and quick daily checks catch mistakes early, not once a year.

Sales

Works alongside your cash register

You ring up sales as before, on your certified cash register. Upload its sales file to Stoqa and stock goes down by itself. Nothing is entered twice.

Questions

What is Stoqa?

Stoqa (stoqa.lt) is an online stock-keeping app for shops and warehouses in Lithuania. It shows how much of each item every shop has, lets staff do stock counts on a tablet or phone, warns you about what is running low and helps you make orders for suppliers. It runs in the browser, in Lithuanian and English.

What kind of shops is Stoqa for?

Small and medium-sized businesses with one or more shops and a warehouse — for example auto parts, building supplies or hardware shops. It has been tested with 30,000 items.

Is Stoqa a cash register?

No. Stoqa keeps track of your stock, and sales are still recorded on your certified cash register. You can upload its sales file so your stock stays right without entering anything twice.

How much does Stoqa cost?

The price depends on how many shops you have. Fill in the “Get an offer” form and we will send an offer for your business. Sign-up is by invitation for now.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, on a server in Frankfurt (Germany). Each company’s data is kept apart from the others, and backups are made every day.

What do I need?

A tablet or phone in the shop (the app runs in the browser) and a computer or tablet for the dashboard. A barcode scanner is optional.

Does it work for more than one shop?

Yes. Each shop has its own stock, and you see them all in one dashboard.

Can I bring my items over from Excel or another program?

Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file, for example one exported from your old accounting program, and choose which column holds the name, code, price and quantity. Every row is checked before the items are created.

Can I download my data if I stop using Stoqa?

Yes. An owner can download all the company’s data at any time.
